- Attendance of the service applicant (Declarant)
- The applicant for sponsorship is required (mind, puberty, honesty, ability to raise, maintain and care for the child, safety from contagious diseases, not have been previously convicted of a crime of honor, that he be a Muslim). (That the sponsorship applicant fulfills the conditions that must be met by the custodian mentioned in Article 143 of the Personal Status Law.)
- If the sponsorship applicant is a man, he must have someone who is fit to take care of the sponsored women.
- If the testimony is related to a person who has completed 18 years of age, he must be present with the guardian or trustee.
- If the document presented is a judicial ruling, it must be submitted that the ruling is final.
- Judicial rulings issued outside the country must be executed by the competent court.
- If the person concerned or one of its parties did not attend or was incompetent, or if it was a legal person, the application must be submitted by the person acting on their behalf legally or legally with proof.
- If the document is issued by a foreign entity, it must be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- The document written in a language other than Arabic must be legally translated and certified by the Ministry of Justice.
- No transaction will be edited or documented if it is in dispute between the parties when documenting; Or it was within the jurisdiction of another authority or it involved a violation of the provisions of Islamic Sharia, law, public order or regulations.
